The ambitious plan includes activities in 6 tracks which are Recreation, Enrichments, Youth, Sports, Trails and Operations. The first activity of the Committee was the review and updating of the Village’s Recreation Master Plan (link below). The Lawrence Recreation Department is composed of both the Lawrence Township and the Village of Lawrence and the Steering Committee is an independent group of volunteers who are endorsed by both governmental units.
